Seriously: lost giant rubber duck in China

I couldn't tell if this was a joke or for real at first: Apparently a giant rubber duck disappeared due to flooding rain. How in the hell do you LOSE something this friggin big? The duck is big as a football field. Somebody, somewhere in China - over a billion people - somebodys gotta go outside for a smoke and OMG hey honey there's a duck the size of bejing in our yard. I can see it now - on the 6pm news - if you see this giant rubber duck please call this number. I wonder if theres a reward for finding the duck? I hope they werent renting it by the hour.
