So, what was the best cheese? Cranberry Wensleydale or Cranberry Wensleydale?   

I like Champagne Cheddar myself

I like the Romano cheeses that they have - imported from Italy - made from Sheep's milk 

Mix that with Keebler Club crackers! TASTY. The trick is you have to get the mini crackers and cut tiny little pill-sized pieces of the Romano cheese. Romano is a really strong cheese so you want to eat it in tiny pieces. 

I also like the Provolone cheeses they have imported frim Italy too. But I cannot find a cracker that it goes with very well. Maybe it's the kind of cheese you don't put on a cracker? Maybe you just eat it by itself. Or put it on a sandwich? Ideas?

So, I tried  Champagne Cheddar  after reading your posts. I  can say it is delicious ! Thanks for sharing guys! 

I gotta add one more I tried - Romano. I got this cheese that says its made in Italy and called Romano and man that stuff smells terrible and its really strong tasting but its realy good. put it on Club crackers in little bitty itty tiny pieces man that stuff is good!

I think I'm gonna try  fancy gourmet cheeses this Christmas! Could be good appetizer! Thanks for ideas!
