It'a called business school. Too many people in this country already with manager degrees and no company to run. too many chiefs and not enough indians. 

the peolpe who know how to start and run a business are too busy running thier businesses. why would they tell you how to do it? i guess someone could teach other people how to do it but if they would have to have many successful businesses they've started tio have credibility and if they got that they aint got the time not got the reason to write the book. maybe some guy will write a book one day just to brag about how cool he is but that book will almost definitely be more fiction that educational. 

wait a minute there are books like that out there - read the Godfather, Sopranos, Vegas ...
